MBSR Eight-Week Course Tuition $495 – The fee includes all materials, daylong retreat and support between sessions as needed.  Payable by cash, check or PayPal.  Using PayPal, payments can be made over 6 months without penalty or interest.  Additionally, limited tuition assistance is available for those with verified financial hardship. MBSR Private and Semi-Private Sessions $125 – Private sessions may be structured for the entire eight-week course that includes a daylong retreat at no extra charge or for a number of individual mindfulness coaching sessions, depending on your preference.

Attending an Introductory MBSR session is required prior to committing to the eight-week course so that you can make a well-informed choice about engaging in the work at this time in your life.  As space is limited once the course begins no refunds are provided.  If unable to attend an introductory session contact Lisa at 913.789.9696 to schedule a consultation.
