Meet Pax Tandon
Pax Tandon is the acclaimed author of award-winning book, Mindfulness Matters. Her highest mission is to help every young person elevate from surviving to real thriving by learning and living her holistic approach to well-being, mind, body, and spirit.
A dedicated wellness advocate and expert in mindfulness and positive psychology—backed by 3 degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (U Penn) and multiple certifications in mindfulness, yoga and coaching, to name a few—Pax combines proven research and timeless wisdom with her signature warmth and approachable style to deliver practical strategies that teens can relate to, implement, and take ownership of for life.
Pax understands the unique pressures facing young people today—from school stress and social media anxiety to the challenges of finding focus and calm every day, and she has the solutions—leading with integrity first.
Pax designed the Mindfulness Matters platform to be a supportive community where teens can build emotional strength and resilience and parents gain the necessary guidance to connect, support, and thrive alongside their children.
