Parent Ambassador Program
Help Us Champion Teen Well-Being.
At Mindfulness Matters, we believe the well-being of our children is a collective mission — and meaningful change happens when caring adults come together in support of the next generation.
Our Parent Ambassador Program is designed for parents and caregivers who feel deeply called to advocate for teen mental health, emotional resilience, mindfulness, and whole-child well-being.
Whether you’re passionate about creating healthier school environments, supporting emotional wellness in your community, or helping other families discover the power of mindfulness, we invite you to join us.
What is a Parent Ambassador?
Parent Ambassadors are trusted advocates and community leaders who help expand awareness of the Mindfulness Matters mission and programs.
This is not a one-size-fits-all volunteer role (and there are opportunities for compensation, whether in earning a commission on each child directly enrolled through your efforts, working on the Mindfulness Matters team in program development and outreach, etc.!) We recognize that every parent brings unique gifts, experiences, passions, and capacities — and we honor many different forms of leadership and contribution.
Some ambassadors may feel called to:
Share the mission on social media
Help spread awareness in schools and parent communities
Support or host local events
Introduce Mindfulness Matters to educators or organizations
Advocate for teen well-being initiatives
Participate in community conversations around youth mental health
Assist with workshops or programming
Teach or facilitate within the program (for those with applicable credentials)
Offer professional skills, partnerships, or creative support
Simply be a visible voice for mindful, emotionally healthy parenting
Most importantly, Parent Ambassadors help create a culture where teen well-being is prioritized, protected, and supported.
Who This Is For
This program may be a beautiful fit if you:
Care deeply about the emotional health of children and teens

Why It Matters
Today’s teens are navigating unprecedented levels of stress, anxiety, pressure, and emotional overwhelm.
Mindfulness, emotional resilience, self-awareness, integrity and supportive community are no longer “extra” — they are essential.
By becoming a Parent Ambassador, you become part of a growing movement committed to helping young people feel seen, supported, emotionally equipped, and empowered to thrive.
Together, we can help shape a healthier future for the next generation.
